The first part of the 9th Russian National Auteur Short Film Festival “Artkino” is opening on 26 September. It will take place in Moscow from 26 September to 3 October 2016. And its second part will come about in 50 more cities of Russia and CIS countries from 10 October 2016 to 24 September 2017.
