Conditions

Students of cinematography institutes just as independent authors can go in for the festival. The festival presents itself as a professional rather than a student festival in which experienced movie directors can participate as well. Both citizens of Russian Federation and CIS countries and Russian citizens that have assimilated abroad are allowed to competition.

1. To submit the film a candidate should fill in the entry submission and send it to us by email, as well as hand in the hard disc drive containing the film to the selection board.

2. Only films produced in 2015 and 2016 are accepted.

3. Each participant can present no more than two films.

4. Duration of films mustn’t be more than 30 minutes.

5. Films must meet the technical requirements (see the chapter “Technical requirements”).

6. Films are not accepted without the entry submission filled in great detail.

7. The authors and right holders of films agree that festival’s steering committee has a right to demonstrate their film at any screenings in frames of the festival and its final screening tour.
